Covendri can only use a fixed set of tools, each rated by risk. Read-only checks and low-impact fixes, like clearing a print queue, can run on their own; you can require approval for those too. Anything high-impact (installing software, closing apps, running scripts, restarting) always waits for an admin. The rules are enforced on our servers, outside the AI model, and every action is logged.
No. Each mailbox and WhatsApp number has a mode. In Draft only, a person sends the reply (for email it lands in your Outlook or Gmail Drafts). In Send after approval, Covendri sends only after someone approves the reply. Covendri reads only the mailboxes and numbers your admin connects.
Only if your admin turns on everyday routines, and then only after the employee allows each task. While it works, a banner is shown and Esc stops it. It asks before anything that sends, buys or deletes, never types passwords, and never uses the camera or microphone. IT support itself doesn’t need the screen.
From public websites. Every option comes with a link to its source and the date it was found. Prices change, so they are always marked “check before booking”. Covendri can also generate images, for example a destination picture for a quote or a social post.
Fixes, policies, prices and common answers, from resolved requests and from past email or chats your admin chooses to import. Personal data is removed where possible, and nothing is used until an admin approves it. Each company’s data is kept separate.
Mac (macOS 14 Sonoma or later) and Windows; Windows support is newer. Email works with Outlook (Microsoft 365) and Gmail, messages with WhatsApp Business on your company number, and routines run in Chrome or on the Mac. Teams is coming next. No device-management (MDM) system needed.
