Delete a whole workspace
A workspace administrator can ask us to delete the workspace by emailing support@covendri.com from an administrator account. We confirm the request, then delete the workspace's tickets, knowledge, quotes, inbox and WhatsApp data, device records and stored credentials within 30 days. Backups expire on their normal schedule.
Disconnect WhatsApp, Microsoft 365 or Gmail
In the Covendri dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect the service. Covendri immediately stops reading it and deletes the stored messages, drafts and access tokens for that connection. To also revoke access on the provider's side: remove the Covendri app in Meta Business Settings (WhatsApp), delete the Covendri enterprise application in Microsoft Entra, or remove Covendri's access in your Google account or Google Admin console.
Delete data about a person
Employees and customers of our customers can ask the business they deal with, which controls their data in Covendri. You can also email support@covendri.com with the business name and what you'd like deleted; we'll work with that business to complete the request.
Data received through Facebook or Meta
If you connected a WhatsApp Business account through Meta and want Covendri to delete the data we received from Meta, disconnect WhatsApp as described above or email support@covendri.com. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
